When making a website, you put a lot of hard work and effort into it. We here at the Caverns sure know that! But did you know that when a browser visits a site the first thing it looks for is an index.html or index.htm page? Yep, and if you don't have one, virtually anyone in the world can access your files whether they be public or private. Doesn't sound too great does it? Well, that's what I created these Index Protectors for, to protect your work. Some people just don't like having their main page as the index and some people just don't really care one way or the other. Whichever you are, you may find these interesting.
The index protectors are very easy to use, simply cut and paste and make the modifications noted and save your work. That's it! Boom, you're done and no one can access your index any longer! *note* Make sure you copy the code below in it's entirety or else it may not work.
